The target is for each region to generate a minimum profit of approximately $3,000 USD per month within 3 to 6 months of active operation and regional development.
The Regional Representative partnership will operate as a joint venture with profits distributed on a 45% / 45% basis. The remaining 10% will be allocated toward administration, virtual assistance, and centralized marketing support.
Territories will be valued according to golf market demographics, including golf course density, golfing population, income levels, and business potential.
Minimum activity and participation requirements will apply to ensure sustainable regional growth and ongoing marketplace development.
